KITCHEN

- All work surfaces and tiles degreased, washed, and polished.
- Clean and polish the inside and outside of all cupboards and drawers.
- All appliances (oven, fridge, dishwasher, etc.) to be deep cleaned internal and external.
- Wipe down all woodwork (doors, frames, skirting boards), plugs and light switches.
- Clean the windows from the inside.
- Vacuum and mop hard floors.

BATHROOMS

- Top to bottom to be de-scaled and disinfected with germicidal solution, leaving cleaned to sparkle.
- Bath area, shower screen, fittings, and basin will be detail cleaned, de-scaled, and polished.
- Thorough cleaning and disinfection of the toilet inside and outside.
- Clean windows from the inside, mirrors leaving no smears, wipe down and sanitise all surfaces, doors, ventilation, etc.
- Clean all cabinets, and drawers in and out, floor vacuumed and washed with germicidal solution.

ROOMS & HALLWAYS

- All doors, skirting, fittings, radiators, and pictures are dusted and wiped.
- All furniture, mirrors, and surfaces cleaned and polished. Windows and frames from inside.
- Clean inside, outside, and on top of all cupboards and wardrobes.
- All cobwebs removed from ceilings and walls.
- Clean plugs, sockets, light switches, lamp shades, and light fittings.
- All floors thoroughly hoovered and hard floor mopped.

 AREAS ORIGINALLY NOT INCLUDED IN THE SERVICE

- We DO NOT wash/clean painted walls.
- We try to move furniture around and clean all accessible areas, but only if they are not too heavy (normally up to 30kg. can be easily moved by one or two people) or damaged.
- We DO NOT move out fitted appliances such as Washing Machines, Dishwashers, Fridges/Freezers, etc. due to health and safety reasons.
- External Window Cleaning is not included, please let us know if you need it and we will try to arrange this for you.
- Dishes, utensils, cutlery, and plates are not included but can be arranged at extra cost.
- Cleaning of plastic/metal/wooden Blinds is not included but can be arranged for an additional charge of only £8 per blind.
